This means, the total health of a base is around 8,700,000.
30% would be 2,580,000 damage, to put a player into protection. That would be 10 resource gatherers/silos/townhall. All towers would be only 395,000 damage = 4.5%.
This is just an assumption...
At this point, I doubt the damage protection is only based on the health points, but I will edit the thread, as soon as i know more.
